A New Addition to the Family

I'm glad that Kyle worked so hard to get through Chiropractic School and he deserves a really nice graduation gift... thanks to all those who pitched in to help... and thanks to Ted (Kyle's dad) for arranging for purchase and delivery of the new "duck slayer"... but I must say that I put my foot down when he tried to put it in bed between us that first night. Happy Hunting, dear!

How to Pull a Tooth

Step One: Tie string to snaggle tooth.

Step Two: Dad pulls hard.

Step Three: String breaks, tooth doesn't budge.

Step Four: Mom grabs Jack's burpcloth for better grip.

Step Five: Mom rips snaggle tooth from Claire's mouth.

Step Six: Claire can smile without tearing up her lip once again.

Aren't you glad I'm not your mother? :)

Hooray for Chiropractic!

Yes, it's 12:30am... Alli just woke up sobbing about 20 minutes ago. She told me that her ear was hurting and that she needed a band-aid. I did put a band-aid on her ear and took her in to Kyle, who gave her a quick adjustment. She is now peacefully sleeping once again... which is what I'm hopefully about to do!
